Faq

A:Yes, we do offer full Install and dismantle services along with turn-key shipping, which includes border crossing, brokerage related logistics… Canada and in the USA. We also handle entire event organization – show services, delivery and execution.

A:You may include in this request in the Remarks section when adding an event. This request would be a “call to action” for HOUSE to reach out and open a dialogue on show requirements, show binders & how our team may be of assistance for an aspect of an event or complete campaign management from start to finish.

A:Please let us know, and we will be able to incorporate the city that is missing. We currently have listed many of the significant U.S. and CDN cities. Because HOUSE designed, programmed our SELECT environment “in HOUSE”, it is a fluid (easy) process for us to add additional cities into the database. A field will be manually added in the meantime if the city is not available then applied for future uses.

A:After a full assessment, HOUSE will send a notification if replacements or repairs are required. Any damages will be noted on SELECT. HOUSE advises all post-show inspections, and inventory assessments should be mandatory on any product return. Assessments both before and post-event may vary, depending on the client’s requests. Post-show inspections are currently offered as an optional billable service. Billable services would include project management, shop time to inspect/assess a product(s) before leaving and the same on return. The cost can vary from evaluating a single banner stand to a larger corporate booth; this billable allocation is adjusted according to and always sent to the client for approval.

A:YES, this is included, and we will always send you a proposal prior to shipping out the item(s). The proposal will include the following:
1. Cost for shipping to and from the event
2. Pull and pack
3. Inventory set up before shipping – if needed
4. Inventory post-show inspection.
On approval, we will arrange the shipping. We offer all these services to create a fluid process for the client, and “turn-key” campaigns run more effectively while there are fewer touchpoints from multiple

A:This will be included in the shipment paperwork at all times. For border crossing, we will also include necessary paperwork such as commercial invoices, certificates of origins, FCC forms (A.V.) and radiation forms (A.V.). Any custom label, paperwork or instructions can be supplied to your account rep or SELECT rep for integration into your SELECT environment.

A:Yes, you have direct phone and email access, where we can respond very rapidly to any inquiries. If you are working with HOUSE on other events or marketing initiatives, you’ll also have a HOUSE account rep.

A:We have multiple clients using the SELECT services from midsize to large corporate companies.

All of which are utilizing the SELECT system and as well as storing all of their inventory with us. All of our client’s value and use additional HOUSE services and rentals, such as the items listed below in your last question to our team.

A:YES, we offer full rental services of all display items.

Which includes A.V. systems, kits, custom rentals, furniture, lead source devices such as tablets, staffing, show strategies and both BIG printing (murals, posters, fabric murals, graphic wallpaper, retail signs and more etc. ) and small print (brochures, flyers, sell sheets, product sheets and more etc.).

SELECT PLUS is a part of our Inventory Management System but is specifically designed as an online organization portal for your marketing fulfillment.

You want efficiency in managing your stock levels so that your business is cash flow positive - SELECT PLUS does just that. SELECT PLUS is designed to send out monthly incentives (sell sheets, membership packages, etc.) as well as store, manage, and ship out brochures, business cards, catalogues, etc.
